RISTORANTE DISMONI

A small chalet surrounded by greenery, halfway between Fiera di Primiero and San Martino di Castrozza, where forests, meadows and mountain peaks create a spectacular 360-degree panorama

There are places where the mountains are not simply a landscape, but a story that continues through generations. Ristorante Dismoni is one of them: a small mountain chalet immersed in nature, where the view opens onto a breathtaking 360-degree panorama and the cuisine tells a story of more than fifty years of tradition.

The story of Dismoni began in 1971, when Grandpa Nino and Grandma Maria built a small shelter next to the family stable and farmhouse, where they welcomed visitors and introduced them to the flavours of the mountains. Fresh milk and cheeses from their own production, polenta cooked in a traditional copper pot, vegetable soup, speck-filled canederli, strudel and ricotta cake: a simple, wholesome mountain cuisine made with genuine ingredients and recipes that reflected everyday life at the time.

More than fifty years have passed, but that story still lives on today. In spring, summer and autumn, the cuisine at Dismoni follows the rhythm of the seasons, keeping alive its deep connection with nature and the surrounding mountain landscape. The dishes preserve the flavours of tradition and memory, bringing familiar aromas and authentic tastes back to the table.

Here, the mountains are also experienced through food: on the panoramic terrace, surrounded by meadows and woods, enjoying the sunshine on a summer day or warming up with a hearty dish after a walk. A simple and genuine place, where warm hospitality and traditional cuisine preserve a family story that began more than fifty years ago.
