BAITA PASSO FEUDO

High in the mountains, where Dolomite views meet the flavours of Trentino cuisine.

At 2,200 metres above sea level, in the heart of the Latemar Ski Center, Baita Passo Feudo is one of those places where stopping for a while becomes part of the mountain experience. After skiing down the slopes or walking the trails of Latemar, guests are welcomed by a spectacular panorama stretching towards the Pale di San Martino and the Lagorai mountain range. From the panoramic terrace, there is nothing better than sitting down, taking a deep breath and enjoying the view.

Inside, the baita has the warm and welcoming atmosphere of a traditional mountain retreat, with wood creating a cosy and familiar setting. It is a place to enjoy without rushing: perhaps over a coffee in the sunshine, a leisurely lunch with a view, or a well-deserved break after a day on the slopes.

The mountains also take centre stage in the kitchen. Traditional Trentino flavours are reinterpreted with creativity and a contemporary touch, using ingredients from Trentino, including organic and locally sourced products. The result is a cuisine that respects its roots while leaving room for experimentation and a personal approach.

And then there are the simple pleasures that make a mountain stop even more special: a slice of strudel or a Kaiserschmarrn, a freshly baked pizza from the oven at 2,200 metres, or simply lunch on the terrace with the Dolomites unfolding before your eyes.

In summer, Baita Passo Feudo is also a starting point for discovering the mountains on foot, among alpine pastures and flower-filled meadows, with trails leading towards destinations such as Torre di Pisa Refuge. Whatever the season, however, its appeal remains the same: that perfect combination of mountain scenery, warm hospitality and good food that makes you want to stay just a little longer.
