In the heart of Val di Fassa, at the foot of the majestic Marmolada, a spring emerges from a crack in the rock at an altitude of 1,550 metres. This is where Cedea is born: a mineral water whose identity is deeply rooted in the mountains and the landscape that surrounds it.

Oligomineral and naturally alkaline, with a pH of 8.1, Cedea has a soft, balanced taste with a delicate mineral sweetness. It is a water that does not try to hide where it comes from, but instead lets its origin speak through every sip: the rocks, the high-altitude environment and the unique landscape of the Dolomites, recognised by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site.

The company is rooted in a small, non-industrial community and is committed to preserving the surrounding environment while helping to promote and celebrate the territory. This philosophy is reflected in the production process: the water is bottled at the source, in Alba di Canazei, with the utmost respect for the spring and the aquifer.
