Cedea

The water of the Dolomites, born at the foot of the Marmolada and brought to the table with respect for its land

Water born at the foot of the Marmolada, carrying the essence of the Dolomites in every sip.

In the heart of Val di Fassa, at the foot of the majestic Marmolada, a spring emerges from a crack in the rock at an altitude of 1,550 metres. This is where Cedea is born: a mineral water whose identity is deeply rooted in the mountains and the landscape that surrounds it.

Oligomineral and naturally alkaline, with a pH of 8.1, Cedea has a soft, balanced taste with a delicate mineral sweetness. It is a water that does not try to hide where it comes from, but instead lets its origin speak through every sip: the rocks, the high-altitude environment and the unique landscape of the Dolomites, recognised by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site.

For Cedea, however, the local area is more than simply the place where the water comes from. It is also a responsibility. The company is rooted in a small, non-industrial community and is committed to preserving the surrounding environment while helping to promote and celebrate the territory. This philosophy is reflected in the production process: the water is bottled at the source, in Alba di Canazei, with the utmost respect for the spring and the aquifer.

The bottle itself is part of this vision. Cedea uses exclusively high-quality glass, with a slender, distinctive shape designed to bring the water from the spring to the table without compromising on elegance. It is a choice that reflects an approach focused on quality in every detail, together with short supply chains and partnerships with local producers for the raw materials used.

Sustainability is a concrete commitment: renewable energy, attention to environmental impact and care for the people who work behind the project are all part of a vision that puts respect at the heart of the company.

And then there is the table, where Cedea has found its natural place. You will find it in the restaurants of Val di Fassa, alongside local dishes and the valley’s finest produce. Because even choosing a bottle of water can become a way of feeling connected to a place.

This is Cedea: water from a Dolomite spring, a bottle that preserves its identity, and a project that continues to grow without ever forgetting where it all began.

Acqua Minerale Naturale e Acqua Minerale Frizzante

• American Beverage Testing Institute (Chicago): The Tastings Awards
• Acque Minerali Academy (Italia): Certificato di Qualità
• The Fine Water Society (Ecuador): I Taste Awards
• Istituto Internazionale del Gusto (Bruxelles): Premio del Gusto Superiore.
