Set among the meadows on the edge of Paneveggio – Pale di San Martino Nature Park, Agritur Dalaip dei Pape is a historic family farmhouse where hospitality meets country life and the extraordinary landscape of the Dolomites. Here, the mountains are not simply the scenery outside the window: they are part of everyday life, work and the products that reach the table.

The story of Dalaip is first and foremost a family story, built over time around the land, animals and the desire to share with visitors their own way of experiencing life in the mountains. Guests are welcomed into five spacious and comfortable rooms, featuring exposed wooden beams and private bathrooms. It is a place for those who want to be close to nature without giving up comfort, ideal for a family holiday, a few days with friends or simply a peaceful break from the rush of everyday life.

And then there is the food. Luciana's cooking tastes like home and draws inspiration from the traditional cuisine of Primiero. Recipes are rooted in family memories and, whenever possible, prepared using ingredients grown and animals raised by the family itself, while other ingredients are sourced from local and regional producers. Honest, seasonal cooking, closely connected to the land.

During the summer, the meadows and orchards become a treasure trove of flavours. Strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, redcurrants, blueberries and gooseberries are harvested and transformed into homemade jams, juices, sauces, biscuits and other specialities. Flavours to enjoy during your stay and take home with you, extending the memory of a mountain holiday long after you leave.

But there is much more to Dalaip than simply relaxing. The farm is a place to experience and discover through a wide range of activities: from educational farm experiences and guided visits to the farm, to walks among the berry fields and tastings of the farm's own products. And for horse lovers, there is also a riding centre, offering another way to experience the mountains, surrounded by animals and nature.

These experiences offer a chance to truly enter the life of the farm: discovering the daily work, meeting the animals, learning how the products are made and tasting what the land has to offer throughout the seasons.
