Cantina Sociale di Avio is a historic wine cooperative located in the heart of Vallagarina, in Trentino, at the foothills of Monte Baldo. It brings together local winegrowners who passionately cultivate vineyards suited to the production of high-quality wines that authentically express the local climate and solis. The winery enhances both indigenous and international grape varieties with a stron focus on sustainability, technological innovation, and respect for tradition. Its activities include vinification, aging and bottling, with production aimed at highlighting typicity and promoting the unique character of the Trentino territory.
