• 4:30 p.m.: meet at the base of the Tognola Cable Car, without skis and especially without ski boots on your feet so that you can comfortably enjoy your evening! Be punctual if you want to secure a front-row seat to enjoy the show.
• From 4:45 p.m. to 6:15 p.m.: R. Tognola awaits you with a delicious and rich aperitif accompanied by music. Featuring cheeses from the Primiero Dairy, typical local cured meats, as well as some hot options to warm the stomach and hearts. To top it all off, some sweets from the chef, each one more delicious than the last. All paired with Cavit wines from Trentino and Trentodoc Altemasi sparkling wines, served directly by the producer, or the tasty La Trentina apple juice. Before you, if you are lucky, is the famous Enrosadira, the natural spectacle that ignites the Pale di San Martino at sunset, with a light show that far exceeds any special effect. And if it isn’t the perfect sunset, you will still have enjoyed a pleasant moment at altitude and experienced an exclusive moment, admiring the evening falling from 2000 m at Alpe Tognola.
• 6:30 p.m.: we return down the valley by cable car to admire the village lights from above and get a close look at the first stars lighting up the sky.
